Scarfox-598: Charlie

An adventurous and friendly little dude, he's open and ready to socialize with just about anyone around him. He doesn't mine quests and jobs, and is usually more than happy to help with anything without pay, though he insists you don't feel the need to compensate him for his efforts, as he doesn it for fun. Generally just highly social---can get a little in over his head or over the top at times but he doesn't mean harm at all!
